About The Shop

Kaden Zych was born and raised in Beardsley, Minnesota, with his three brothers on their family farm. His involvement with cattle from a young age sparked his passion for beef production, resulting in the creation of Zych’s Meats.

Opened in 2020, Kaden’s butcher shop serves as a custom beef butchering, processing, and purchasing location for the area, aiding in the demand for trustworthy, farm-to-table beef in the surrounding communities.
